      Pros

      PRIOR to complete housecleaning of former employees: collaborative, mission-focused, respected in the field, great benefits.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Poor communication. Worse management. Board members uninvolved and in the dark about what has happened in this 100 year old institution under the current CEO.

      Pros

      The mission is great and the support center is caring to the members.

      Cons

      The management is awful. They don't care about the employees. Their bottom line are numbers and money. Thats all they care about. They will exploit you as much as they can.
