      Pros

      Compensation and benefits and work to life balance comparing to what is happening now in Greece due to the crisis, only.

      Cons

      Bad management (one-man-show for the decision making process) even though the small size of the workforce (5 employees) could not be an excuse for that size of business (more than 20 mil. USD) whereas the hard core leadership and management of the business was making in HQ company (in abroad).
