      Pros

      Nothing. There are too many good companies which value their employees. Halff is not one of them. There is nothing pros. Invest your time and career wisely.

      Cons

      Too many none qualified managers are just collecting paycheck. Not reliable. No career enhancement. They lie to you when you interview. None of the stuff they offer are accurate. If you are going to quit make sure you wait until the last day of employment. Use all you PTO because they won't pay. Don't give two week notice because there is no work ethics at this company. They won't pay for your last two weeks and will ask you to leave right away and cut your health insurance no matter if you are on prescription or treatment. Horrible horrible place work!

      - Quiet workplace environment - Relatively stable work (team dependent) - Can be a decent place to work depending on your needs/ wants

      Overall, here is a summary of the company: - Some good teams- the company has some stronger departments, whereas others are not well supported in the organization - Poor benefits and compensation, slow progression/ no progression of salary, no yearly adjustments, no sick leave - Cross-team communication & collaboration were consistently very unorganized; each team is operating on very different managerial practices - The environment radiates the low-budget, value-engineered work that the company largely takes on, in terms of personalities within the office, as well as overall company morale. This will work for you if you value the stability it provides, but it will be difficult to advance in this organization if you aren't in alignment.
