Pros

Some training during your lunch hour...

Cons

Bad benefits, only 2 weeks vacation and sick leave, they provide hospital insurance as health care so be prepared to pay for doctor's visit and meds out of pocket, your expected to work 45 to 50 hrs with no overtime, if your salary. Their always hounding you down, stressful

Pros

- Quiet workplace environment - Relatively stable work (team dependent) - Can be a decent place to work depending on your needs/ wants

Cons

Overall, here is a summary of the company: - Some good teams- the company has some stronger departments, whereas others are not well supported in the organization - Poor benefits and compensation, slow progression/ no progression of salary, no yearly adjustments, no sick leave - Cross-team communication & collaboration were consistently very unorganized; each team is operating on very different managerial practices - The environment radiates the low-budget, value-engineered work that the company largely takes on, in terms of personalities within the office, as well as overall company morale. This will work for you if you value the stability it provides, but it will be difficult to advance in this organization if you aren't in alignment.
