Incredibly supportive team with room for growth, and an amazing group of members that feel like additional team members

Definitely a get it done attitude with a small team meant hours were sometimes long

- Really nice people with a go getter attitude so if you want to do something you just have to make it happen - Free membership to Hall so you can hang out with the members, get free dinner every night, and a cool place to hang out - There's a ton of room for growth since the company is still growing, so if you prove yourself they'll reward you and let you take on more whenever possible - For such a small company there are a ton of systems in place to keep things organized and running smoothly - Everyone has a sense of ownership over their job, and the company and its personal to them. There are a million places to work but the people that join the Hall team really care about the mission and the work we do, which means everyone's super passionate and cares a lot

- Things are changing a lot since its so small so there isn't a ton of consistency in the day to day-- I like this but doesn't work for everyone! - A lot is expected of every employee so it takes dedication
