Pros

-Iconic brand -Opportunity to build positive relationships with your peers. -Significant growth opportunities masked by high turnover...

Cons

* Negative Culture: Employees are overworked, underpaid and mistreated by corporate. They consistently layer on additional job responsibilities due to staffing shortages across the company. Turnover is incredibly high and staffing is slow because of low non -competitive wages. Corporate is unethical and uses bully tactics to pressure employees or coach them out. * Hr is the worst department of the company and they are rude. They do not provide adequate support to stores and pick and choose the policies they implement and follow. In every case their decision is based solely on avoiding legal consequences. Too many careless mistakes: withheld pay, incorrect information provided to state agencies, no follow -up, little communication * Work Load: Additional responsibilities layered onto your role with short deadlines and unrealistic expectations. Too much time spent completing insignificant operational tasks. Outdated equipment and insufficient tools provided to store teams. * Work-Life Balance: You will not have one

Pros

Everyone was like family not just a job. It was a home.

Cons

The biggest con is the company filed C11. That was so painful to have to find another job.
