You'll be asked to work more hours than you ever have, give up everything that you can, and bleed for this company, and when you finally ask for more money or a night off to be with your kids, you will be replaced so they can start the cycle over again. Its especially bad in sales, they keep a very young staff and constantly turn them over because no one can be expected to sacrifice so much for so little for long.
