Pros
Very few if any. Colleagues would be the only positive.
Cons
A dreadful experience. Inept management who lack direction. Very few opportunities available & there is intense competition for the few there are with politics & favouritism dictating outcomes. No respect for people who are used & disgraced when it suits. Very glad I walked away, now realise how toxic it was.
