Red-Flag Company - Assembly Technician Hamilton Group Employee Review

The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. They have a Plethora of red-flag issues at this company, but the primary problem stems from and with the top management. This is primarily where all real issues originate. This has been going on for decades, ever since the current president started his tenure. You have a family run business with basically only one family member ruling like a Medieval Vassal, so don’t look for any changes. In the meantime, look for another employer.
