Pros
- Nice team to work with - very understanding and knowledgeable manager - hybrid working - higher ups stay in touch with everyone and you can reach out for help anytime
Cons
- no understanding of what different departments do, ending up on lots of chasing and being passed over to different people which results in delays on issues being resolved -huge workload that isn’t managed as it is expected for you to just pull through, which means you end up working after hours and even weekends -no clear progression path and a lot of hard work isn’t recognised or rewarded
