No room to grow and no respect - Client Services Administrator Hamptons Employee Review

The salary was shocking, below London Living wage despite it being 8:45am - 6pm Monday to Friday. There was little to no benefits. I got a free croissant in the 9 months I worked there. My manager was useless and clearly favoured one of my team mates. There was no motivation to work or to achieve more. It was only when I handed my resignation in they suggested a pay rise which would have been less than my new role for more hours per week the office was gross - rats would run out from under the sofa
