In addition to the regular open door policy that HR have, we try to encourage our teams and employees to speak openly about any concerns or frustrations, whether this be via our online and paper employee surveys or voiced at our bi -monthly Associate Committee where we ask for feedback and employees can discuss any issue they feel is important. This can both anonymously or in person.
Last year the UK team launched its 2020 vision and strategy and we are currently implementing initiatives to help us achieve our ambition to become the UK's leading stairlift provider in a very competitive market.
We value all feedback, from our customers, employees, and partners as it helps us review and develop the way we do things.
