      Pros

      Laid back job and freedom of working on your own at your assigned location with no or little supervision (70% of the time).

      Cons

      Management is terrible...90% of the time they don't even have a clue about what they are doing or trying to accomplish. They are more concerned about making money than their reputation values. Don't care about their field technicians or their ideas (the people that actually make things happen to make them money).

      Pros

      Great products, employees, and workplace. Continual improvement from top management down and from the shop floor up! The organization has very high awareness of it's positive affect on the market and knows where they are as compared to competition.

      Cons

      There is always "red-tape" with medical products. Some processes take longer than in other industries. Previous employees have created some hurdles which need to be knocked down.
