I gained a lot of experience working in the classroom such as writing lesson plans and managing a classroom.

It can be difficult to get enough planning time, and sometimes you can be weeks if not months behind in planning.

Management is always biased. I've work 4 different positions and management is never picked based on experience in the field but who has been there the longest.
