Cons
Compensation is oversold with no profit-sharing, no annual bonus, and only about a 3% yearly appraisal. The company still uses the “startup” excuse for not offering better benefits even after six years. PTO is earned quarterly, so if you don’t work on the first day of the quarter, you get zero PTO for that entire period. Overall financial growth, perks, and team engagement are very limited.
