      The work atmosphere and culture is very good. Employees are made comfortable from the very first day. The company communicates the organization's objective, mission, activities undertaken etc with the employees very well.

      Cons

      An employee will have to show keen interest and deliver at work to gain proper mentoring.

      Pros

      Great teams to work with Constant sessions to brush your skills and talent and build your knowledge Active Exchange of Ideas which are considered if found credible The new library is another add-on to Hanmer's credit...and great books I must say!

      Cons

      At times the sessions held interrupt your flow of work which disconnects you from what you are doing

      They organise plenty of workshops for their employees that helps them to keep themselves abreast with the latest trends pertaining to PR and media industry. Its a fun place

      The work life balance gets affected at times.
