Bogus company | liar management | No value for employees | Zero training - Senior Engineer Hanon Systems Employee Review

- They moved me to different department with promise of 40% hike during next appraisal. They said you should trust our words as we are Asia head, directors etc.During appraisal period when i asked them they said no budget. Then i wrote mail again for that they threatened and told cant give do whatever you want (Verbally) -Shameless, Goalless, Idealess management. -Company runs only for money , long term strategy is a joke here. -Customers believing ethical company as it is ex Ford subsidiary. In fact customers are getting fooled by this company if they were told quality/cost is good.
