      Good benefits (PTO, paid holidays, $6 daily cafeteria stipend, 401k match, decent medical/dental/vision, short-term and long-term disability) & good people

      Cons

      Lack of communication and transparency from leadership. Bad corporate culture. No employee engagement. Outdated processes. Limited opportunities to grow. Nepotism. Non-competitive compensation. No more remote work. Work-life balance going away. Cheap company.

      -Good opportunities to learn and develop new skills if you are proactive. -Overtime opportunities are available, even for salaried employees. -Exposure to a wide range of manufacturing and automation projects

      -Management can be challenging, with limited opportunities for non-Korean employees to advance. -High employee turnover due to lack of competitive raises and career growth. -No climate control in some areas; working conditions can be uncomfortable during extreme temperatures.
