Too many to list. Way too much gossip from the managers. Definitely 110% favoritism. Bully type management mentality. Can’t voice concerns or give opinions because you’ll be scrutinized for doing so. Lousy management from production to inspection to QC to shipping to PCB. They used to count people who they thought would be “lifers” and half those people were forced out because of bully management. Absolutely ZERO room for growth. Wages are laughable. Definitely better jobs out there that pay much better. Terrible place to work. Avoid at all costs unless you’re desperate.
