      Pros

      Compensation is good compared to other local companies. Benefits, 401K, Life insurance, paid holidays are offered.

      Cons

      Managerial action is rarely seen, the company has a stagnant environment. Changes rarely occur. "Rules" are never enforced and consequences are inexistent. The company does not have a motivating environment. Time off and "personal" days are inadequate. Not much room for advancement.

      If you like being belittled and treated poorly then this company is for you. If you want to be treated as a professional then look for work elsewhere.
