Pros

-extraordinarily helpful LNAs, they work their tail ends off - flexible scheduling - Decent insurance benefits -sign on bonus

Cons

- sometimes will “forget” to give you your sign on bonus. - unclean facility, cares more about the areas visible to visitors. This causes infection to spread rampant. Making the residents and employees always ill. - Very cliquey. You’ll know from the moment you start there if you will be able to “sit” with them. They let their “favorite” employees get away with just about anything. - weekends are a mess. Lack of supervision. Lack of help. Understaffed, under appreciated for those who work every single weekend. - Weekdays are full of drama - some nurses can be lazy. They’ll search up and down the hall for an LNA to give a resident a cup of water rather than do it themselves. This place does not care about their LNAs. You’ll often find nurses sitting at the nurses station engaging in inappropriate conversation while the LNAs are drowning in call lights. If an LNA were to even sit to chart, they’d get in trouble. - nobody at this facility cares about one another. Emotional intelligence is lacking. - lack of honesty and fairness is the norm here
