- People are lovely and good working environment. - People are supportive of each other. - Good benefits (e.g. promotes sustainability) - Flexible working hours and allows for remote work - Provides a lot of training - I like the training style in the development department - They take good care of their employees

Cons

- Work meetings and trainings can occur outside of normal working hours (e.g. 7am meetings or evening trainings), but it is understandable as they are an international company.

Get to travel, meet great ppl from around the world

Cons

The CEO needs his ego stroked at all times and gets jealous very easily - always needing to be the main character in the room. Narcissistic, sadistic and animalistic in his nature, if you possess certain qualities he lacks, he will automatically hate you because he feels his intelligence compromised. Get ready to be demeaned, insulted and screamed at daily because he will try to break you down until you leave.
