I have found Hanson Search has offered me a career where I can be a true consultant – they have very long last relationship with clients that have been built over the years, with clients who genuinely take our advice. I really feel I am working for a place which has a great name in the industry. Lots of internal and external training. Opportunity to work across Europe with both agency and in-house clients. Fun, relaxed but professional environment – it’s a very social office! Good incentives, commission and basics. (much better than my last place). Recently invested in the office so it’s a great space with break out areas. Good off- sites and fun team socials. Passionate about the industry, encouraged to network, attend events and learn about the industry. CEO regularly speaks at events.
