Pros
Good money if you need a safety net in a mostly commission based job.
Cons
Less money than a 100% commission canvassing job for the skill required to reach good paychecks. Field managers treat canvassers like children, and micromanage every minute of the day. All of the BS of a corporate environment i.e. attendance, dress code, etc...with none of the benefits.
