This is a small company where a lot is required of developers. It's a great place to learn a broad skill set as pretty much every person is working through the full development stack. A great work/life balance is encouraged, and employees are rarely asked to put in overtime.

Sometimes having to play so many roles ranging from developer to tester to QA manager can become stressful. Great memory recall is required for past project maintenance. At times I feel that the deployment and testing process could be streamlined, but it is hard when there are only so many people and only so many hours in the day.

Flexible, family oriented. Fun company activities once in a while.

The only management the CEO believes in is herself. It is micro management at its finest. I've seen it over and over again where she tries to give someone power and when they make one little mistake she takes over.
