Pros

Our senior leadership team consistently demonstrates strong vision, transparency, and support for employees. They create a culture where ideas are valued and people feel empowered to grow. Their commitment to innovation and integrity makes this a great company to be part of.

Cons

HR should be more closer to the needs of the company and make sure bad old habits are not projected on the newcomer enough DRAMA.

Cons

- Legacy project - MIA: Development processes - Company's management does not hold a deep regard for engineers as professionals - Unreasonable demands - Unhealthy work-life balance - Leadership team plays full-attack but most of them do not have the time to work, plan, inspire, behave. Self-promotion and personal accolades. - Dear engineers, your skills are in high demand, and there are companies out there that will treat you with the respect and appreciation you deserve. Stay vigilant and make informed decisions about your career choices.

Pros

Vision, flexibility, eager to receive intentional feedback, ready to dive deep to win. Inspirational, modern, energetic environment. Management keeps themselves hands on and close to team members. Willingness to make a difference and change all old bad habits. Senior management additions with global experience being a fresh and promising perspective. Demanding but rewarding.

Cons

As every startup needs the extra work of creating things from scratch or revamp legacy structures as the company grows. HR's role remains typical vanilla and sometimes not truthful. Too much change is expected but not communicated enough throughout the company levels. Older employees feel entitled, without putting in the work needed for this. A bit of good old change management and better people management would help.
