I have greatly enjoyed my time working at Harmony Program. The company focuses on excellence, encouraging students to challenge themselves, and opening doors for musical opportunities that they may never have dreamed of prior to joining Harmony. By committing to the program, students see musical success as well as academic achievement and social growth. The Executive Director leads with vision, expertise, and creativity, creating a culture of innovation and advancement. She inspires the team to "think big" organizationally, and to realize our professional goals.

None. Harmony Program is all-around a terrific place to work. The leadership, staff and faculty are wonderful colleagues, and the students are the heart and soul of our work. I feel lucky to be part of this community.
