It’s the good old boy network and if you’re not part of it, you’re on the outside looking in. There is too much he said/ she said and opportunity to make more money is capped based on market saturation. All reps are account managers vs sales reps. There’s a lot of lip-service and it gets old. It’s all about profit margin vs keeping top reps around or happy.
