      Hart Associates is a nice place to work, with a friendly environment and semi-large clients that help you build your portfolio. They are flexible with time off and can stretch your skills.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Hart Associates does little to help you grow in your respective area, very rarely giving you the opportunity to attend conferences or classes. The management does not respond to criticism or complaints about co-workers well.

      They treat you like a family than an employee. That's the reason people don't leave early here. Some have stayed there for 30 years.
