Pros

They smile (they call it the retail face), greet and converse with you like your best friend would. They will constantly assure you that everything is okay and that all is well.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves. While they smile in your face, they are sharpening their knives to stab you in the back. I was told early on about the high retention and turnover rate of this company but I was convinced with reassurance that everything was okay. After reading the disciplinary action notice filed against me, I saw that there were Several incidents in this paper that were 100% false. They would prefer puppets as opposed to human being with their own mind. No room for advancement.

Pros

Where do I begin? Management- BEST people in the world! So sweet and give so much education to associates! They are my best friends and they teach me so much. Pay - So reasonable they give you exactly what you ask for. Hours- amazing !! If you show your 100% effort they give you as much as you want! Environment- amazing it's just a completely different envoirment then other retail stores! Opportunity - they give chances ! They are so excepting and give so many opportunity to everyone ! So amazing !

Nothing ! I got nothing except for you get sad to clock out at the end of the day

Pros

Your a name not a number, great product. There is a great sense of entrepreneurship in this company which is great HOWEVER it is unfortunately it is there because there is little to know training, no solid expectations, and no follow through. They expect you to do it all with no pay and no support.

Cons

Low pay, No training, terrible leadership, and no job security. This company promotes people with no raises , hires people just to fire them and close the store a few months later. Multiple stores have not had leases paid . Sherif shows up with eviction notices and the management say it's because they are negotiating lease terms ... Just to close the stores weeks later. Store managers are expected to run store with a skeleton crew and hire them all at below industry norm for pay. The product has been made extremely poorly in comparison to years past and they are even reusing old product as new. The company is in a nut shell being run extremely poor by owners who have no idea what they are doing and have hired executive management to react to issues instead of being proactive and coming up with a appropriate business plan. Over all the experience was a huge waist of time.
