I worked with some good people. Higher pay. Honestly not any stand out pros due to the significant amount of cons.
Cons
Seasoned home health workers do not last long here due to questionable ethics. No transparency. Unapproachable management. Illegal withholding of paychecks. Will tell you whatever they need to get you in the door. Don’t be tempted by the higher pay. It will not be worth it. High turnover rate from quitting or firing. Fires employees if they disagree with the management with no or little notice or warnings. These are employees who disagreed and for good reason. High turnover rate causes new hires who are minimally trained to start working in the field or in the office which leads to a chaotic and poorly run operation with many key aspects overlooked. A mass exodus has been occurring for months and those usually occur for good reason.
