The mission is very important. The content of the program is informative and professional.

The lack of professional management is a concern. For such a small organization, employees are not allowed to collaborate. The budget has had no oversight for the last few years, and now a consultant oversees finances and Israel trips at a huge cost to the organization. People have been let go who were making positive changes.

The work is extremely fulfilling and meaningful and the experience and skills Gained are so valuable.

The pay doesn’t match the time and effort the staff puts into their work.
