In my experience, the main challenge was not the workload or performance expectations, but the management style. I had no issues passing the training and exams, adapting to product knowledge, or meeting performance expectations due to my previous experience. Unfortunately, I experienced repeated personal comments regarding my body weight, facial expressions, way of speaking, and even the way I sat. These comments felt unrelated to my job performance and crossed professional boundaries, creating an uncomfortable work environment. A workplace culture where personal characteristics become the subject of feedback can negatively impact employees' confidence, psychological safety, and overall engagement.

- We got monitored online using app that automatically screen capture what we saw in our PC and analyzed it. If there an offline meeting and we surely have to time to do something with our PC, we have to replace so the software can detect the same hour as required. (I don't like that approach)
