* Good for freshers, but it depends on the team. If you are joining the DC or any other billing team, get out of there. Your life will get spoiled, and you will never get any other job. * The hosting side team is good. If you are a fresher, you can learn; otherwise, it's bad.

* I have worked for other companies, but this company has the worst management I have ever experienced. * No night shift allowance. * No cab service * No public holydays * if you're fresher you have only 1 weekly off * Less salary. * They will cut the increment for silly reasons. Management will give you meaningless reasons why the pay raise is denied. * They will never appreciate how hard you worked; they always point out small mistakes and fire you. * The daily rotational shift makes you sick and leads to many health conditions. * Most of the good reviews are forcefully posted, not genuine. * No work-life balance. * They are only focused on their profit; they will never appreciate the work you've done and treat you like useless
