~HR team is useless, they are just puppets, all decisions are from higher management, i.e., owners of company ~no growth in terms of salary ~no timing of work, poor culture in terms of work load ~don't believe on words, just take everything in written ~too much office politics by team leads who are working from many years

Always supportive to new ideas and encouragement to all the members without any bias based on experience or novice. Most collaborative in nature. Excellent working environment.
