      Pros

      The culture is welcoming and supportive from the top down. The employees work very hard to ensure that every work has a worthwhile experience. I found that the work I did was important and made a difference in the day to day functioning of the company.

      Cons

      None that I can think of! If you're not looking for a startup culture, this may not be the company for you.

      A value oriented organisation with great leadership team. Learning is the core objective for us. We learn and explore new opportunities within teams. Salary is paid on 5th of every month. Its also we are engaged with our goals & initiatives
