The employees are friendly and easy to get along with
lots of socials
wellbeing allowance available
Cons
they advertise hybrid working, but for audit i find i have to be in 5 days a week. There is lack of worklife balance with unrealistic budget hours expectations. Workload is pushed down to leads

Hybrid working arrangements can vary depending on team requirements, client commitments and the nature of specific roles. We aim to provide flexibility wherever possible while ensuring effective collaboration and client service.
We value all feedback from our teams and regularly review how we support colleagues in managing their responsibilities and achieving their professional goals.
Some good benefits such as wellbeing annual allowance, quarterly work socials
Cons
Salary is not reviewed accordingly with level of experience/ responsibility, which is unfair
