Pros

Lots of team bonding! When it's lunchtime, there is usually a discussion about the best place to get a burrito - then we head out to pick up food together. Some people break off and get their own food and we all meet back in the office. The nice thing is that we don't talk about work, we just enjoy each other as humans. :) We have regular traditions, such as team happy hours and HBC every Friday. Sometimes we play mini-golf, bocce ball and recently had an offsite in Napa. We also celebrate our wins with pie or even champagne! I have grown to love this team like a family and overall the culture just could not be better! This feeds into how we work together and communicate with one another and makes for an incredibly positive work environment. Everyone works hard. I highly recommend joining this team. Especially if you want a fun and drama free employer!

Cons

I can't think of any cons.

Hi there. Thanks for reviewing your workplace to help job seekers. Just a note to say that it looks like you may have left your review on the wrong page. There are several companies with the same name. This particular Haus is located in San Francisco, not Victorville, and does not employ interns at this time.

Pros

Amazing team, genuinely likes working with one another. Trying to solve one of the largest problems that exists today, home ownership affordability. Love the weekly ish happy hour with the team. Collaborative environment. Freedom to tackle new problems and grow into new positions. No shortage of things to work on, often tough to stay on top of it all. Leadership always available to listen to and discuss issues and actively solves them together with the team. Small team where everyone is a leader. Cool office, with shuffleboard (although not being used with Covid). And great benefits!

Cons

It’s a startup, must be quick to adapt, willing to jump into new areas even if you’re not the expert. If you’re not comfortable being pushed outside of your normal comfort zone, probably not the place for you.
