Pros
Lots of team bonding! When it's lunchtime, there is usually a discussion about the best place to get a burrito - then we head out to pick up food together. Some people break off and get their own food and we all meet back in the office. The nice thing is that we don't talk about work, we just enjoy each other as humans. :)
We have regular traditions, such as team happy hours and HBC every Friday. Sometimes we play mini-golf, bocce ball and recently had an offsite in Napa. We also celebrate our wins with pie or even champagne! I have grown to love this team like a family and overall the culture just could not be better! This feeds into how we work together and communicate with one another and makes for an incredibly positive work environment. Everyone works hard. I highly recommend joining this team. Especially if you want a fun and drama free employer!
