The management getting worse. Interfering between department so create a lot of chaos. HR seems like not doing their responsibilities very well. Company only think about their own side that could beneficial to them. They more look into profit and trying to cut down manpower so you would need to handle many stuff. Simply change their policy without notify to their staff. Do not appreciate or value their staff. People will leave because of the Low basic and management and also no future.
