Pros

*Strong company culture *Excellent work/life balance- Monday-Friday work schedule with major holidays off. *HawkSoft customers are true professionals and is the best group of customers that I've ever had the opportunity to help support. *Company genuinely cares about both customer and employees needs.

Cons

*Its nit picky, but 10 minute breaks. (I think 15 would be more ideal) *Would be nice to see more opportunities for employees to work 4-10 hour shifts (Mon-Thurs) instead of 5-8 hour shifts (Mon-Fri). *HawkSoft really does strive to promote from within whenever possible, but opportunies can be hit or miss. Sometimes there might be a long time between internal postings and sometimes they seem to pop up all at once. Seize opportunities when they come up.

Thank you for your candid feedback! We'll share your review with the Executive Team. You have a great point about the opportunity to do more job shadows. Those who have done shadows have raved about how much more perspective they now have of what others are doing to support the company's objectives and vision. We'll make sure to drive this suggestion at our next strategic meeting. You also have great ideas about how long breaks should be and a modified work week. I would encourage you to develop these ideas further with your manager and discuss with HR. These discussions are much needed, especially as we as a company rethink the future of work at HawkSoft in our hybrid model of working in the office and from home.

Pros

Good benefits Good cost of living increases

Cons

When big projects, like a new product, are occurring it really overloads all departments. Instead of hiring on additional help or temp help all departments must shoulder the additional workload.
