When looking for my next opportunity, I was looking for an organization that invested in their employees, believed in personal growth and had a strong moral foundation. I found all of that in joining the team at Hawkins Point Partners. The smaller, start up feel of the organization has proved that the leaders value my family and me. During the year, the leadership team puts on events for Hawkins Point employees [and their families] to get together. Since joining, I have experienced career growth and have had leaders personally invest in my own personal development. I can’t say enough nice things – I am happy to have found Hawkins Point Partners.
Cons
I have no cons that I would like to share. Hawkins Point acknowledges problems as they arise and addresses them. Leadership is open to feedback and making changes to better meet the needs of employees.
