Pros
-If you need money and want overtime, you can work as much as you want. -Overall good staff -working outside and out of an office
Cons
-Very overworked in the spring and summer months -Expect to be worked to death and sweat your butt off in long sleeves and pants. -Need to advocate for yourself to prevent being taken advantage of. If you can't do that then you'll have a lot of long/hard days.
