Pros
They are slowly improving benefits/perks over time. Profit sharing, plenty of events, outings and gifts. Lots of great co-workers who are trying their best to overcome the challenges presented to them on a daily basis. A strong sense of camaraderie on some teams. R&D and Sales in particular. Work/life balance is pretty good. Free snacks.
Cons
** The CEO is very difficult to work with. This is covered extensively in other reviews so I won't elaborate much. Employees must learn how to cope with this early on or they won't have a future. I can't stress that enough. Giving negative feedback is a risky endeavor. Pick your battles wisely. The most common method of survival was to just put a '10' on everything and call it a day. NPS scores are treated as a competition versus a system to measure employee happiness. Daily work life revolves around perception first. You'll find feedback more centered around how much you promote the values of the CEO/COO versus your actual job performance. There is a strong distrust in employees by CEO/COO. This has produced a heavy environment of passive aggressiveness, public shaming, and general deception. Nearly everyone has a story to tell here. High turnover, which leads to a lot of adjustments. Expect your responsibilities to change. Salary is below market value.
