1. Great company with great mission. Company is in news space and has a lot of impact on users. It's great mission to provide fresh, unbiased and truth to people. 2. Strong and friendly team. Everyone is smart and technically very strong as well as very nice and helpful. 3. Good place to learn a lot of stuff. Video news are consumer facing product but we also need to work with business partners ranging from ads agencies to news publishers. There are a lot you can learn: frontend, backend, machine learning, cloud, product/project planning, customer support, company direction etc. This is a very rich experience typically won't be available from big companies. 4. Leadership is very transparent and strong. Daniel and Ish are very transparent about company status, directions, hurdles, etc. They strongly believe in the company mission and have the perseverance to lead the company to success.

Common with all other startups which have ups and downs.
