You lost with no work or you flooded with work. - Micromanagement in disguise. - Worst for freshers, because no training/grooming system. - I heard some of my juniors complain about the company and managers. Especially girls. - No good hikes. No appreciation in the review meetings. It’s all about their complains. - No transport facility. - Nothing to eat in pantry. - No transparency about releases. - Introducing stupid policies like Dress Code, No Slippers. I mean, what wrong with you, people? - One way communication in weekly meetings. - Arrogant other team members. - Frequently changing policies. - Mangers talk loud and the wrong will be right.
