      Pros

      A supportive work environment where we are well rewarded from a commission point of view. There is a strong drive in the company to be the best at what we do and it feels good to be part of a company that is seen as a bit different than our competitors. It is an entrepreneurial organisation that likes to try different things.

      Cons

      There is not much to complain about. Some of the downsides relate to the industry rather than specificaly the company. It is a challenging industry and when things are not going your way it can be tough to stay motivated.

      Pros

      relaxed yet encouraging environment a fantastic group of people around you, genuinely excellent humans and incredible recruiters. I learned so much from everyone in there. Definitely listen and take in any advice given and then shape to fit yourself because they know what they are talking about. ability to work from home as much as needed strong client base and good reputation in market so a lot of work comes to them, meaning that BD isn't as full on as other places. excellent leadership team really look at people on a human level rather than just a revenue generator a very collaborative way of working that looks after the team over the individual.

      Cons

      its so hard to here to pick any out, if I was 1000% pressed to give any it would be sometimes a little too nice in their approach whilst other agencies sell hard and steam in....
