Pros
Fun office, good social events
Cons
This company is the definition of ridiculous. The general people there are great, but the core of the business is set up to fail. They entice you with the “cool company” vibe, but when you’re in you realize its much more like a cult than a real business. Apart from the fact that you are treated like a school child (and yes, there are issues and “not being part of the team” vibe if you don’t go to all social events that have little to non no-alcoholic options), the deeper feeling is that there is absolutely no trust in employees: The CEO tries to put on a good show, but once you try and understand the logic behind their decisions, you realize there is no logic behind. Everything is based on pure impulse and is justified on being a “start up” - thats been running for 11 years without turning a profit. Scatter gun business plans (if you can call them that), no marketing support, and the worst- being made to go ahead with 80’s old school sales techniques. I highly recommend not working here, unless you want to tear your hair out, get paid under the normal for a London salary, get treated like a school child and have no say in how to actually do your job- even if you are hired because of your experience.
