Fun place to work! - Host HeadzUp Employee Review

Owners and management have been very accommodating to my availability and work preferences. The work schedule is posted several weeks ahead and my role is clear. Pay is on time every two weeks. The place is clean and well-kept. Best of all the camaraderie and team spirit are amazing!

I love the fast pace of this job, but some might find it hard to keep interacting with guests, walking, laughing and smiling for 6-7 hours straight (with one ten-minute break).

They work around your schedule and it is a fun environment to be in. There is an activity for all ages so it is fun working all the different customers. When hired you also get to do all of the escape rooms for free.

Local management does not care about the growth of other employees. They talk about growth but do not act on it. The local management does not care about employees receiving an education and mentioned on multiple occasions that getting a degree is "pointless and useless". Local management talks about other employees behind their back and just engages in very unprofessional activities. The previous review was correct about management getting drunk and prank calling the place... just really unprofessional.
