      - challenging, closed market ( many business opportunities but few contracts ) - sometimes financial issues - but always solved so far

      Collaborative and friendly colleagues. Flexible work time and remote work are supported. You can learn something new everyday.

      Cons

      If you could not work without rigid processes or you would miss heavy management control then I would not recommend to apply.
